Sambalpur:Rajiv R Mishra, currently serving as the chairman-cum-managing director of Western Coalfields Ltd. (WCL) has taken over the additional charge of chairman -cum -managing director, Mahanadi Coal Fields Ltd (MCL).
Mishra, a holder of master degree in geology and PG diploma in personnel management & industrial relations, had began his career with Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Ltd.(CMPDIL). He also worked in Central Coalfields Ltd. as director (personnel) and at CMPDIL at Ranchi as head of personnel & administration. Mishra also worked with Northern Coalfields Ltd., Singrauli, Coal India Ltd., Kolkata, Eastern Coalfields Ltd., Sanctoria and again with CMPDIL, Ranchi before joining CCL as director (personnel).
