New Delhi: Justice Indrajit Mohanty and justice Sujit Narayan Prasad of Odisha high court are soon to be transferred to Bombay and Jharkhand high courts respectively. Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad was in Jharkhand high court before his transfer to Odisha high court.
The Supreme Court collegium Wednesday recommended the transfer of two judges of Orissa high court to the high courts of Bombay and Jharkhand.
