New Delhi: Odisha school & mass education minister Sameer Ranjan Dash Tuesday urged the Centre to provide Rs 96 crore for repair and renovation of schools in Odisha which were badly damaged in cyclone Fani.
Dash met the union human resource minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, here on Tuesday, and discussed about various issues of school education of the state. He urged the minister to provide the Central share of Rs 22.91 crore toewards CT training, Rs 133. 05 crore twoards ICT programme under Odisha Secondary Education Mission, and Rs10,67 crore for BRC coordinators under Odisha School Education Programme Authority.
The Odisha minister suggested that the Centre should conduct one OTET examination at the national level.
