New Delhi: The Director(Personnel) of Central Coalfield Ltd.(CCL), Radhashyam Mohapatra, is set to take over as the next Director(Human Resources) of Nalco.
Mohapatra has been selected for the Director (HR) in the Navaratna Central-sector aluminium behemoth by the Public Enterprises Selection Board(PESB). His name has been recommended to the PMO for appointment.
With rich and varied experiences, Mohapatra, a hardcore Industrial Relations (IR) professional, is an expert in Corporation Social Responsibility(CSR) and Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R & R) of displaced persons.
