Bhubaneswar: Odisha government Friday effected a major reshuffle in top bureaucracy and posted Sanjeev Chopra as principal secretary Home. He will also have the additional charge of general administration secretary.
Water resources principal secretary Pradip Jena become the rural development principal secretary. He will also hold the additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner (SRC). Mona Sharma is forest & environment principal secretary. Energy secretary and Gridco CMD Hemant Sharma has become the new industries secretary. He has been replaced by Bishnupada Sethi as energy secretary.
The Vishal Gagan, has been given additional charge of Water Resources department. Chitra Arumugam has been posted as school & mass education secretary.
The agriculture principal secretary, Sourav Garg, will hold additional charge of Gridco and OPTCL. Aravinda Agarwal is additional secretary of GA department.
