Bhubaneswar: Former senior IAS officer CTM Suguna has been appointed as honorary secretary of Odisha Red Cross society.
Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal has given her the appointment. Suguna will remain in the office for two years.
The retired bureaucrat had served the State in important positions. Suguna had attained her superannuation last year
