Odisha’s green horn IAS officers get additional charges

Bhubaneswar:B Parmeswaran, a 2008-batch IAS officer, has been given the additional charge of IG of Registrar.

Parameswaran is the director land records, survey and settlement. He is also in additional charge of State project director, Odisha higher education project for excellence and equity under World Bank project.

State labour commissioner Noonsavat Tirumala Naik of 2009 batch IAS has given the additional charge of director fisheries.

Sundergarh collector Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, a 2012 batch IAS, has been allowed to continue as vice chairman of Rourkela Development Authority (RDA).

Aboli Sunil Nervane’s appointment as vice chairman of Rourkela Development Authority has been rescinded. Rourkela ADM Nervane, a 2015 batch IAS, has been appointed as secretary RDA while Yeddula Vijay’s posting as secretary RDA has been terminated.
