Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Krushi 2020, the annual agriculture exhibition is going to begin from January 20.
The State agriculture minister, Arun Sahoo, said that this year the Agri. Expo is going to see participation from 112 domestic and foreign companies. There would be total 228 stalls in the Expo.
The five day Odisha Krushi 2020 will be inaugurated by chief minister Naveen Patnaik and the valedictory ceremony would be graced by the governor of Odisha Prof. Ganeshi Lal.
Minister Sahoo said that this year focus will be given on impact of climatic change on agriculture, value addition, cold chain, market link, post harvest preservation, bank credits, women agri-entrepreneurs, and transformation scientific innovations in fields. He said there would be a session with 500 bankers.
He said that the leading farmers and production organisations would be felicitated on this occasion.
