Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has appointed Dr. Pravat Kumar Roul as managing director of Apicol.
Roul, who is now the dean extention education of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology(OUAT) has been posted as MD Apicol under Agriculture department on deputation for a period of three years.
