Puri: International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has created a sand art paying obeyance to goddress Saraswati the occasion of Basant Panchami.
“Sahoo through his art has prayed the goddess to protect the world from Carona virus. His message to the world is “Stay informed & Stop Coronavirus” , “Save India from Coronavirus” and “Happy Vasant Panchami”
At the Manas Sahoo Sand Art Park, situated at the golden sea beach of Puri near Light House, the artist has made the art of Veena Dharini , the goddess of learning Mata Saraswati along with the arts of Veena, Likhani, prose, poetries and the literature of various types.
This sand artist and his students have toiled 7 hours to create the 15 feet wide art piece with 15 tonnes of sand.
