Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik has hailed the great sacrifice of the family of late Priyankarani Patra ,the cadaveric donor who saved the life of a kidney patient at SCB Medical College, Cuttack, on Tuesday.
Patnaik announced that Priyanka’s family will be felicitated under Suraj scheme. Besides the state govt will bear the entire treatment cost of the daughter of late Priyanka Patra who is undergoing treatment at Appolo Hospital, Bhubaneswar, he added. Chief minister also congratulated the doctors and the entire team of Cuttack SCB Medical College for the successful transplantation.
