Bhubaneswar: The National Human Rights Commissoin has registered a complaint against the medical superintendent of AIIMS Bhubaneswar for concealing the case of a COVID-19 suspect in quarantine in hospital.
Akhand, a well known human rights defender, in his complaint to the NHRC has demanded that criminal cases be registered against the erring persons. He has urged the Commission to issue notices to the State chief secretary, Police DGP and director AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
