Bhubaneswar: For first time, the Odisha Assembly met out side its campus and passed the State Budget for the fiscal 2020-21.
The meeting venue of Assembly had to be changed as the Assembly building got infected by COVID-19. A COVID-19 patient visited the Assembly hospital and an employee of the House had come in contact with the patient.
