Bhubaneswar: The Odisha chief minister, Naveen Patnaik, Thursday talked to his counterpart in Tamil Nadu for safe return of Odia migrants stranded in that State.

Patnaik thanked the Tamil Nadu chief minister EK Pallaniswami for taking care of Odia migrants during the lockdown period.

The chief minister also talked to the stranded workers lodged in Guru Nanak College through video conferencing. The union steel minister, Dharmendra Pradhan also joined the video conferencing from New Delhi.
