Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik urged his party MLAs to help students appearing JEE and NEET during the Covid-19 pandemic and flood.
Stating that all the students are “our family members”, Patnaik said that the party legislators should extend their support to.the JEE and NEET aspirants in their respective constituencies.
“I had requested the Central government to postpone the entrance examination in view of the Covid-19 and flood”, pointed out the CM while adding that arrangements have to be made for conducting the examination as the Centre is bent upon having the examination as scheduled.
The chief minister has announced that all the travelling and staying expenses of the examines would be born by the State. The has relaxed the lockdown to facilitate the movement of the students.
