Bhubaneswar: Odisha government is going to launch a mass health check up of policemen in the State this month.
The State health department has approved
health check up of all police personnel of 40 years of age and above through specified government hospitals. This check up includes blood test, urine test, cancer screening, ECG and PFT (where necessary).
This will benefit approximately twenty thousand police personnel. The health check up will be conducted at Capital Hospital, RGH and other district hospitals. The health check up will be carried out in a campaign mode this January.
