Bhubaneswar: Odisha has been awarded as the ‘Best State’ in India for ‘Jaga Mission’ to rehabilitate slums in urban areas and the PHEO, urban development department, has been awarded as the ‘Best Civic agency’ for ensuring piped water supply to households in urban areas by the union housing & urban affairs ministry.
“Under the able leadership and support of chief minister Naveen Patnaik Odisha is setting benchmarks in urban development and smart city mission for the world to follow”, said the urban minister Pratap Jena. He congratulated the team of housing & urban development department for their persistent hard work and dedication.
