Bhubaneswar: In a major reshuffle in the State IAS cadre, the State government on Sunday posted Prem Chandra Choudhary (2010) as CEO of Western Odisha Development Council (WODC). Choudhary was Bhubaneswar Municipal Commissioner till recently.

Suresh Kumar Vashishth (1998), agriculture special secretary is appointed as agriculture secretary.

Bhupendra Singh Poonia (2008), State Project Director, OSEPA with additional charge of State Project Director, RMSA, Bhubaneswar and Chairman, CHSE is appointed as Managing Director, IPICOL in place of Dr. Jawale Nitin Bhanudas (2003), approved for inter-cadre deputation to Maharashtra. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Secretary to Government, Industries Department and ED, IDCO in addition to his own duties.

Anupam Saha (2012), Collector & DM, Gajapati is appointed as State Project Director, OSEPA. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Member Secretary, “MO School” in addition to his own duties.

Monisha Banerjee (2013), Collector & DM, Sonepur is appointed as Collector & DM, Bargarh.

Dr. Yeddula Vijay (2014), Collector & DM, Malkangiri is appointed as Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack.


The additional appointment of Shri Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, IAS(NSCS-2012) as Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack shall stand terminated from the date Dr. Yeddula Vijay, IAS takes over.

Lingraj Panda (2015), State Project Director, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathana with additioal charge of State Project Director,OHEPEE is appointed as Collector & DM, Gajapati.

Aboli Sunil Naravane (2015), ADM, Roukela with additional charge of Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority is appointed as Collector & DM, Sonepur.

Dibya Jyoti Parida (2016), Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Rourkela Smart City Ltd. is allowed to remain in additional charge of ADM Rourkela and Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority in addition to his own duties.

Vishal Singh (2016), PD, DRDA, Jajpur is appointed as Collector & DM Malkangiri.

Somesh Kumar Upadhyay (2017), Sub-Collector, Titilagarh with additional charge of Executive Officer, Titilagarh Municipality is appointed as PD, DRDA, Kalahandi.

P. Anvesha Reddy (2017), Sub-Collector, Baripada with additional charge of Executive Officer, Baripada Municipality is appointed as PD, DRDA, Mayurbhanj.

Divakara T.S. (2017), Sub-Collector, Dharamgarh with additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC, Dharamgarh is appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Odisha Computer Applicaion Centre.

On return from Phase-Il Training, Agrawal Akshay Sunil, (2019) is appointed as Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur.
