Bhubaneswar: An “Entrepreneurship Awareness Program ” was conducted at the Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industries Limited (UCCIL) Conference Hall, herr on Friday. This was followed by interaction of industry partners and stakeholders.
Present on the dais were Ashok Kumar Sharda, president in charge of UCCIL, Ali Kishore Patnaik, President, AIEBA, Bijoy Kumar Mohanty, AGM SME, SBI, Prosenjit Pal, NSE, Rajan Jha, SVP, HEM Securities Ltd and Nimeshika Natarajan, WTO.
UCCIL in partnership with World Trade Centre (WTC), Bhubaneswar, National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Association of Industrial Entrepreneurs of Bhubaneswar (AIEBA) did this session which became a perfect knowledge sharing platform.
Ashok Kumar Sharda, president in charge, UCCIL in his opening address to the hall spoke of the emerging listing platform for growing companies to raise Equity capital through IPO & Listing of equity shares. He also highlighted other necessary facilitation initiatives taken by various organizations like NSE and other similar bodies to assist the MSMEs / Start-ups to avail various schemes, to learn about financial avenues and manage their enterprise.
The SBI and NSE delivered presentations on their products specifically designed for facilitating MSME and the SME segment in the state. Emerging entrepreneurs and funding agencies took good que from the session through detailed interaction with the experts on the dais. The session ended with hope for more scope in such interactions and knowledge sharing.
