Bhubaneswar: Manoj Kumar Sahoo, an IAS officer of 2006 batch, has been appointed as the private secretary to Odisha chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi. Sahoo is now special secretary to Odisha CM.
The post of private secretary to CM is declared equivalent in status and responsibility to the post of special secretary provided in the IAS cadre of the State.
