Odisha rejigged top bureaucracy as three left on Central deputation

Bhubaneswar: Odisha goverenment Friday effected a minor reshuffle in the top IAS cadre as three of its senior officers left on Central deputation.

Girish S.N.(RR-2002), Commissioner- cum-Secretary to Government, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department is llowed to remain in additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Department of Mission Shakti. Girish S.N.shall join after relieving of Ms. Shalini Pandit, IAS from the State w.e.f. 13.10.2025(AN).

Dr. Noonsavath Thirumala Naik(RR-2009), Vice-Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority with additional charge of Managing Director, Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd. is appointed as Comnmissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department.Dr. Naik, IAS shall join after relieving of Ms. Shalini Pandit, from the State w.e.f 13.10.2025(AN).

Ms. Mansi Nirmbhal (RR-2010), Director, Tourism with additional charge of Managing Director, Odisha Tourism Development Corporation and Director, Scheduled Tribes is appointed as Managing Director, Odisha Lift Irigation Corporation. She is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department.Ms. Nimbhal shall join after relieving of Ms. Swadha Dev Singh, from the State w.e.f. 13.10.2025/(AN).

Surendra Kumar Meena (RR-2012), Additional Secretary to Govemnment Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department with additional charge of Director, State Institute of Rural Developrent is appointed as Additional Secretary to Goverment, ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department.

Ms. Subhashree Nanda (SCS-2013), Additional Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department is appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, Planning & Convergence Department.

Chanchal Rana (RR-2014), Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation is allowed to remain in additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority and Managing Director, Bhubaneswar Simart City Ltd.

Premit Nayak (SCS-2014), Aditional Secretary to Govemnment, ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department i apointed as Director, Scheduled Tribes.

Deepankar Mohapatra (KNSCS:2014), Chief Executive Oficer, Hockey Promotion Counci, Odisha is appointed as Director, Tourism. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Managing Director, Odisha Tourism Development Corporation.
