Bhubaneswar: “Prime minister Narendra Modi does not deserve a second chance”, said Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik.
“Modi does not deserve a second chance” as Prime Minister, he asserted while talking to CNN News18 on Saturday.
Making a scathing attack on Modi he said Modi has failed the nation. Modi’s failure is quite evident in sectors like jobs, railways, irrigation.
The BJD supremo described Prime Minister Narendra Modi is his main opponent in this elections. “BJP is the main opponent and in BJP, Modi is his main opponent.”
On Prime Minister’s comment that Odisha will see the fate of Tripura, the BJD supremo said, “He is day dreaming.”
Patnaik did not forget to mention that Atal Bihari Vajpayee was one of the best Prime Ministers that India had.
The BJD chief clarified that his party would support that formation at the Centre that would supports the just demand of Odisha.
On Rahul Gandhi, he said,” He is yet to mature”, and suggested that Rahul should concentrate in a state politics before aspiring for national leadership.
Patnaik came down heavily on the Election Commission of India stating that the ECI is an extension of the ruling party.
