Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has formed the jury panel for the Odisha State Tele Awards for the year 2019. Eminent playwrights Saileswar Nanda is the chairman of the jury panel.
The government has appointed folk art scholar Manmath Satpathy, Odissi dance Snehaprava Samantaray, singer Geeta Das, film journalist Ashok Palit, singer Subas Das, and theater artist Bhaskar Mohapatra as members of the jury. The culture director, Bijaya Nayak, will act as the convener.
The jury would preview the entries made by the tele-serial, tele-film and other such tele-contents by producers and give their recommendation for the Odisha State Tele Awards for the year 2019. The entries would be tele-serials, tele-films and other content made in 2018.
