Bhubaneswar: A seven member Central team headed by union home joint secretary Saheli Gosh Roy has arrived here on Thursday to assess the damages caused by Cyclone Bulbul.
The members of the team will split into two groups to visit various districts in coming two days.
Immediately after arriving at Biju Patnaik International Airport here, the team went straight to assess the damages in Bhadrak district. The will make a night halt at Dhamra, the port town.
A team will visit Kendeepara on Friday.
In the afternoon, the team will have a discussion with chief secretary Asit Tripathy, SRC PK Jena and other senior officials of the State government.
