IMFA managing director, Subhrakant Panda, said: “Though IMFA is a natural resources driven company, human resource is its biggest asset. Adapting newer technology and innovation is key to stay ahead of the course and remain competitive. All employees should continue to work by the principles of Dr Bansidhar Panda and contribute towards upholding the reputation of the company known for its ethical operations and approach and an organisation recognised for giving back to the society through CSR interventions. We are living in a time of tremendously evolving technological advancement. So it’s important for us while we focus on core operations as efficiently as possible but it’s incumbent on all of us to explore ways to do things differently and in a better manner.”
