Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik Saturday announced abolition of solvency certificate .
Patnaik also announced that income certificate resident certificate and all miscellaneous certificate s will now be made available online without any fee basing on self certification. And, in case of death of Govt servants no legal heir certificate is necessary to get government dues.
