Bhuaneswar: The Odisha chief minister,Naveen Patnaik, has suspended State Horticulture director Bijaya Ketan Upadhya from service following he was caught by vigilance police.
“The State government places Bijaya Ketan Upadhya, Director Horticulture, IAS 2009 under suspension with immediate effect,” said a statement from the CMO adding, “Transparency is an important pillar of this Government and we will not spare any one indulging in any corrupt practice”.
