Bhubaneswar: India’s largest steel producer JSW has bagged Ganua iron ore mines in Odisha, the bidding result of which was announced on Wednesday. With this JSW has got three iron ore mines in the State. Earlier, the steel company of Sajjan Jindal has been awarded the Nuagoan and Narayanpasi mines in the State.
The Ganua iron ore mines was in the lease hold of PK Ahluwalia.
Meanwhile, the State government has awarded Thkurani mines in favour of Asselor Mittal. Sirajudhin has retained its Balda iron ore mines in the auction.
