Bhubaneswar: The speaker of Odisha Legislative Assembly, Dr. Surjya Narayan Patro, Wednesday made a courtesy call on Odisha governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal at Raj Bhawan before the commencement of Third Session (Budget Session) of 16th Assembly.
The Budget session of the Assembly is beginning from the second week of this month.
