Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government Sunday posted four young IAS officers as officers on special duty (OSD) in the health and family welfare department in addition to their own duties for enforcement of ‘ The Odisha COVID-19 Regulations 2020.’
The officers are OMFED CGM Somesh Upadhya, ED OMC P Anvesha Reddy, ED Gridco Patil Ashish Iswar and OSD OCAC Divakar T.S.
