Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik patted the back of the Team Odisha COVID-19 for the good work they have done in containing the spread of the deadly virus.
Patnaik Tuesday reviewed the activities in fighting against the pandemic in the State through video conferencing from his residence Navin Niwas.
Expressing his satisfaction over the fact that the Corona stastics have levelled and going down, Patnaik said ‘well done’ to the doctors, paramedics, government officials, police personnel, sanitation workers and the people of the State.
The chief minister directed that at one COVID hospital be set up in each of 30 districts of the State. By the end of this month COVID hospitals with 6000 bed would be ready in about 36 towns and cities.
Patnaik directed the police DGP to ensure smooth movement of agriculture produces. He also asked the DGP to take stringent action against the perpetrators of domestic violences in the State during this lock down period.
