Cuttack: The State vigilance police claim that it has achieved 50% conviction rate in the January-March quarter of 2020.
During the three months, 31 cases under trial were disposed of by the vigilance courts. Out of this 5 cases were abated due to death of accused persons.
Out of the 26 cases, 13 cases ended in convictions against 14 public servants and one private person.
