Bhubaneswar: Gridco chairman and senior IAS officer will be the chairman of Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Ltd. (TPCODL), the joint venture company of Tata Power and Gridco which has taken over CESU.
Tata Power, which has 51% stake in the JV, will have five directors, while Odiaha governments will have four as the State owned utility company Gridco has 41% stake in the company.
