Bhubaneswar: Steel Authority of India Ltd.(SAIL) is proposing to go ahead with the wage revision plan for the executives and non-executives amidst Covid-19 pandemic.
The SAIL chairman Anil Kumar Chaudhary Wednesday said that the Company would go for the wage revision for the executives and non-executives. He pointed out that there was no wage revision for over two and half years.
Chaudhary along with Rourkela Steel Plant CEO Dipak Cattaraj was addressing an online press conference for Odisha media persons, here on Wednesday.
The chairman assured the employees of SAIL that there would be no salary cut because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
