Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has declared 12th March 2021, the day following Shiv Ratri a local holiday for Balasore district. Similarly, 20th April, the Ashoka Astami day has been declared local holiday for Khurda district.
The State revenue and disaster management department has came out with notification on Monday.
