Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government Wednesday extended the lock down till 1st July 2021 with further relaxations in certain districts.
The chief secretary, Suresh Mohapatra said the 17 Category A districts of Western and Southeren districts where the infection is less than 5% and 13 category B coastal districts 13 dists where the infection rate is nearly 10% will have two different timing of opening the markets.
In Category A dists shops for essential goods will open from 6 AM to 5 PM and category -B dists shops for essential goods will open from 6 AM to 1 PM

The cycle sale and automobile repair shops to open
Stree vending for take away packet is allowed only in 17 districts under Category A.
Parks will remain closed in the State. However, citizens will have time from 6AM to 9AM for morning walk, cycling and jugging.
Government offices will function with 50% strength. There is no change in the restriction on the number of guests for marriage and death rituals and other ceremonies.
Movement restriction from and to Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand has been lifted. However, check posts at West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh border will continue to restrict movement from these two border States.
