Bhubaneswar : National Aluminium Company Ltd. (Nalco) CMD Sridhara Patra got emotional while gracing a musical progeamme, here on Thursday evening. The singing talent in him surged after listening few numbers at the event.
It was a high profile musical event, organised by Upasana in colaboration with Music Sizzlers Studio. New national sensation Mukhtar Shah from Ahemedabad, who sings songs of Mukesh, Manohar Pokharia (Kishore Kumar) from Delhi and Sunil Parida ( Mohmmed Rafi) from Mumbai were the star attraction of the programme. Singers Lova Biswal and Seema Mohanty were the female voices of show which was anchored by RJ Guddi.
Nalco CMD Patra along with chief guest of the evening advocate general Pitambar Acharya were on the stage for the ceremonial inauguration of the programme. Suddenly, Patra took the microphone from the anchor and started singing. He sang Raja Jhia Sange Karithili Bhaba Bhubaneswar haatare… of Akhaya Mohanty. Carried away by the audience response he belted out another Akahya Mohanty number. This time he appeared more stage free.
