Bhubaneswar:Meira Kumari, the former speaker of Lok Sabha is coming to Odisha on a one day visit to the state on January 12, 2017.
A former diplomat and politician, Meira Kumari, will grace the Prahallad Mallick Birth Annivesary programme as chief guest at Jaydeve Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. Water resources expert Er. BP Dash will deliver a talk on “Mahanadi and the future of Odisha”. Eminent literature Das Benhur, and member State Food Commission Sipra Mallick would pay rich tribute to the departed leader. Veteran journalist Pradosh Patnaik will preside over the meeting.
