Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik Wednesday ordered a judicial probe into the Kunduli teenage girl gang rape case. A district judge appointed under the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952 will inquiry into the incident. He also directed the crime branch to investigate into the matter.
The Kunduli gang rape case has become a mystery as the police investigation is not able to find any evidence of the crime. Even though the girl has alleged that she was gang raped by people with uniform, the medical report is saying that there was no rape at all.
