Bhubaneswar: Effecting a minor reshuffle in the senior IAS officers level, the Odisha government Thursday posted Madhusudan Padhi as the principal secretary to the governor. Padhi, state transport commissioner, will replace CJ Venugopal who has been shifted as principal secretary Electronics and Information & Technology (E&IT). The commercial tax commissioner has been given the additional charge of transport commissioner.
