Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS officer MS Padhi Wednesday joined as the principal secretary to Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal.
At a formal meeting in the Abhisek Hall of the Raj Bhawan, Padhi was welcomed while outgoing principal secretary CJ Venugopal was given farewell. Governor Ganeshi Lal offered flower bouquets to the two senior officers.
Governor’s private secretary Himansu Naryan Patnaik, additional secretary Chitta Ranjan Mohanty , Sukanta Pradhan, accounts controller Gautam Choudhry, doctor KB Parida, ADC Rahul Sharma, public relation officer Rakhyak Nayak and Sangram Deo Bhanja were present.
