Hyderabad: Stylish cricketer Manish Pandey, who after Syed Mushtaq Ali tournament heroics– Manish Pandey led Karnataka team emphatically won against Tamil Nadu on Sunday– tied knot with Tamil actress Ashrita Shetty on Monday.
During the post-match ceremony, Manish Pandey revealed that he is getting married. He stated: “Looking forward to the India series, but before that, there is another important series for me, I am getting married tomorrow.”
Pandey, the stylish cricketer who became the first Indian to score a century in the IPL at nineteen years of age, travelled back from Surat to Mumbai to join his wedding ceremony where his bride and family were waiting for him.
Although his marriage ceremony couldn’t stop Manish Pandey for helping his team retain the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
Ashrita Shetty is a Tamil actress who made her debut in ‘Udhayam NH4’ written by Vettrimaaran and has starred in many movies including ‘Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaniyum’, ‘Indrajith’ and ‘Naan Thaan Siva’
As soon as the news of him tying the knots break out, Sunrisers Hyderabad’s official twitter handle posted a tweet congratulating their player along with the picture of the newlyweds.
