Khorda (Odisha): President of India Ramnath Kovind laid the foundation stone for the Paika Bidroha Memorial on the hill top of Barunei, here on Sunday.
Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik, union culture minister Prahallad Singh Patel, union petroleum minister Dharmendra Pradhan, union MSME minister Pratap Secretary and Odisha culture minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi were present.
Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal and Andhra Pradesh governor Biswa Bhusan Harishchandra also graced the occasion.
