Bhubaneswar: Voltas Ltd. has bagged Rs 660. 50 crore worth of projects in Oldisha.
The Voltas Ltd, Thane, will executive five individual Rural Piped Water Supply projects in Sundergarh district in two years. Three projects under one package will benefit 1.26 lakh people of 262 villages in Gurundia, Koira and Lahunipada blocks of the district. The projects would be implemented with OMBADC fund. Similarly, another two projects under one package will benefit 98,000 people of 100 villages in Kuanramunda and Nuagoan blocks of Sundergarh district.
The award of the Rs 660.50 crore worth jobs to Voltas was approved in the State cabinet, here on Friday.
