Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik has filed his nomination papers for the BJD party president post, here on Saturday.
Patnaik went to the party head office and submitted his papers with the returning officer Pratap Dev. There were 10 proprosers who signed in his documents.
