Bhubaneswar: In a minor reshuffle in top IAS officer rank, the Odisha government has posted Pramod Meherda as the new secretary to governor Ganeshi Lal.
State commerce & transport secretary Pramod Meherda will replace Madhusudan Padhi. Principal secretary to governor Padhi has been posted as commissioner consolidation.
