Bhubaneswar: Indian engineering giant L & T has bagged Rs 138.74 crore Subarnarekha High Level Bridge (HL Bridge) in Odisha.
The Odisha cabinet, chaired by chief minister Naveen Patnaik, has approved the award of the contract to L & T Geo-L & T UJV, the lowest bidder.
Breifing the media persons about the cabinet decision, the chief secretary Asit Tripathy said that the 1km-long bridge would connect two blocks- Bhograi and Baliapal in Balasore district of the State.
Tripathy said L & T would complete the bridge construction work within 30.days.
