Tokyo: India Men’s Hockey team finished the journey in Tokyo Olympics 2020 with Bronze by defeating Germany by 5-4 on Thursday.
India started the match with leading by 2 goals in the early minutes. However, Germany equalised the match soon after. But, then scored three more in the second half and strengthened it’s position in the match. Germany in its raced to equalise scored two more goals only.
India frustrated the Germany’s effort to finish the match in a tie in the exciting last six second by deflecting a penalty corner opportunity of the rival team.
