Bhubaneswar: Odisha has been reckoned as best state in rural skill development both at the national and international level. The government of India has recognised as the “Best Skilling State”. Europe India Foundation for Excellence has also awarded Odisha as the ‘Best State in Rural Skill Development in global skill development meet organised at UNESCO headquarter of Paris. Because of quality training and innovations, Odisha has also been designated as National Resouces Orgnisation in DDUJKY (Dindayal Upadhya Grameen Kushala Yojana) .
The Odisha panchtyati Raj and drinking water principal secretary, Deo Ranjan Kumar Singh Tuesday appraised the chief secretary Asit Tripathy about the national and international recognition to the State’s ‘ Skilled in Odisha’ initiative.
