Bhubaneswar: The Odisha chief secretary, Asit Tripathy, Friday said that the government has declared lock down in Khurda, Ganjam, Cuttack, Jajpur districts and Rourkela Muncipal Corporation from Friday night till 31st July,2020.
The market will remain open from 6am to 1 pm for grocery shops, vegetable and milk vendors. There is no restriction for opening of clinics and medicine shops during the lock down period.
The chief secretary said there would restrictions on movement of vehicles except those that are engaged in transportation of essential items.
